Do I need sales experience to use AI-serves?
No. You are assessed on what you do in the interview and the roleplay, not on your resume.
How long does the interview take?
About 20 minutes as a voice call, camera optional: questions for your role, then a roleplay call of up to eight minutes.
How does the cold-call training work?
You make a five-minute live call with an AI buyer from the industry you sell to, audio only. After each call you get a score out of 100, a yes/no scorecard and coaching with better lines, plus your score trend across calls. It is free.
What happens in the interview's roleplay?
A live cold call of up to eight minutes with an AI buyer from your industry. The buyer pushes back and can end the call. There is no script.
Who sees my recorded interview?
Only you, and a company once you are matched to its role. It is stored in the EU and you can delete it any time.
What happens if my result is weak?
Nothing is held against you. You see where you stand and get a plan for what to work on next.
What happens after my interview?
You get your report with a level per competency and a plan. Hedwig finds the best jobs for you, and matching companies can see your report.
