Run the role-play get scored and get hired
AIserves is a free AI role-play gym for salespeople. Sell to an AI buyer on video, in a mock discovery or objection-handling session that pushes back like a real prospect, get a score with the exact moments behind it, and let the companies hiring reps come to you.
Three things a resume cannot do for a salesperson
Anyone can type "resilient" on a resume. A recorded role-play shows what you actually do when the buyer pushes back in the first ten seconds.
No SDR title yet? Run the role-play anyway. Your score is the qualification, not your last job title.
Every session comes back with your weakest moment and a drill for it. You are not just being measured, you are being coached.
How AI sales role-play works
AIserves runs recorded video role-plays between a salesperson and an AI buyer. Each session lasts about 15 minutes, is scored on the same rubric as everyone else applying for that role, and produces a report where every score links to the moment in the video that earned it.
Cold outreach, discovery, objection handling, or a full mock first meeting. Choose the industry and the buyer you want to sell into.
About 15 minutes on video, with an AI buyer who pushes back. Nothing to memorise and no script to read.
Opening, discovery, objection handling, next-step control. Every score links to the moment in the recording where you earned it, then you get one drill for the weakest one.
Reps who perform get surfaced to hiring teams looking for exactly that profile. You approve every company before they see a single recording.
Currently onboarding hiring teams in waves.
What is fixed
- One rubric per role. Eight sales competencies with written levels, applied to every candidate for that role.
- The same interview mix for everyone in a role: five standard questions, two follow-up probes, one role-play.
- A person reviews before any decision. The AI scores and ranks, it never rejects.
- Sales is the first industry we cover, with two roles today: Sales Development Representative and Account Executive.

Questions answered
Can't find your question? Email us, link in the footer.
Do I need sales experience to use AIserves?
No. AIserves scores what you do in the role-play, not what is on your resume. Career switchers with no sales title run the same session as a five-year AE and are scored on the same rubric.
How long does one role-play take?
About 15 minutes on video. You can run as many as you want.
How much does it cost?
AIserves is free for salespeople, always. Practice, scores, coaching drills and being put forward to companies all cost nothing.
Who sees my recorded role-plays?
Only you, until you approve a company. Your recordings are never public and never used as training data.
What happens if I score badly?
Nothing is held against you. A weak session is not a rejection. You get the breakdown, the drill, and you run it again.
What does the AI buyer actually do?
The AI buyer plays a realistic prospect on video. It interrupts, raises objections, asks for pricing early, and tries to end the meeting. It responds to what you actually say rather than following a fixed script.
Your first role-play takes 15 minutes
Any background, any level. Run one session, see your score, and start being found for what you can actually do in front of a buyer.
